Silverado Gold Mines Ltd: Green Fuel Update

Buried in a recent press release regarding Silverado’s progress, the President and CEO, Garry Anselmo, give us a green fuel clue. He said that the company continues to move forward and that a lot of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ activity had been completed on the LRCW Fuel project. By this, he is referring to the on-going negotiations with various government departments, which really is good news.

The little gem in what he said was his reference to a very exciting announcement either in August or September. We don’t have any further information at the moment but we would guess that it could mean some sort of government aid may be in the form of funding. This is just a guess on our part. However, it does make sense to us. Why would the United States want to be reliant on oil? Oil is supplied in the main, by the Russians and the Middle Eastern countries, how reliable is it? Would it not be better to be dependant on your own resources? Geopolitically, alternative fuels such a green, clean fuel at $15.0 per barrel approximately, has to be the way to go.

At a little over six cents a share it is well worth accumulating now.

I was invested in Silverado a few yrs back. It rose to over .15 but also At the time it was being sued for allegedly filing false / misleading news reports that were completely inaccurate and the stock plummeted and remains dead-well below a penny (.002). do you know if this was resolved or any truth to the matter? If not , I would be concerned with any future reports. I believe that unlisted stocks are buyer beware when it comes to the sec. thx

Thanks anyway for taking the time to add some comments, without the readers comments and ideas we can become a little stale.

I too was invested in Silverado, although I have too say they made more off me than I off them. Though very skeptical of anything Anselmo says the fact that antimony has doubled in a year, as well as ever evolving uses of the material have reignited my curiosity (cautious curiosity).I have researched a little, First from a tech standpoint antimony is considered by many to be the next storage medium for hard drives in computers(too technical too explain here but please research. The second is the rarity of this element, if in fact antimony replaces or even competes in this new memory usage demand will skyrocket....However the never ending private share issuance, along with countless fluff peices and finally the ever changing projects Silverado embarks on....What does the team and readers think....Very skeptical here! On the other hand SP has remained a pretty constant at .0034 longshot but curious as too all thoughts.

well Vincent, as a company I think you summed up my feelings with your last statement starting with..."however the never ending private share issuance, along with countless fluff peices and finally the ever changing projects Silverado embarks on..." as a company, they ve mislead shareholder in the past .

on a technical basis activity in the chart this past 4 days looks good, when a stock breaks upward with strong volume compared to its avg volume, it interests me...BUT...AVG VOLUME has been 5 million & 20 million shares x .0038 is really only about $80,000. Is it going to run?? You could double your money , but cut it in half as its as safe as a vegas bet if you ask me :)

I say invest in a good mining company juniors this fall and make some money. look at uxg, rby hl, ng azk , etc...they are making their investors money. just my opinion, and I have been in these stocks myself recently (and now)...happy trading~Robert
